HONG KONG, Aug. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Nomination for the Hong Kong Corporate Governance Excellence Awards 2014, jointly organized by The Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies and the Centre for Corporate Governance and Financial Policy of Hong Kong Baptist University, will close on September 26. Grab the chance to be recognized. The Awards are open to Hong Kong listed companies in the following categories:

  • Main Board Companies: Hang Seng Index Constituent Companies
  • Main Board Companies: Hang Seng Composite Index Constituent Companies
  • Other Main Board and GEM Companies

These prestigious Awards will recognize those Hong Kong listed companies with outstanding commitment to shareholder rights, compliance, integrity, fairness, responsibility, accountability, transparency, board independence & leadership, and corporate social responsibility, with particular emphasis on innovations and improvement, company culture and business impact.

Candidates will be considered for the Sustainability Excellence Awards if they demonstrate a strong sense of social and environmental commitment.

About the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies

Incorporated in September 2002, CHKLC is a non-profit organization serving listed companies in Hong Kong.
