All arrangements have been completed to facilitate Sikh pilgrims to attend the Baisakhi Festival.
Addressing a press conference here on Friday, Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) Chairman Siddiqul Farooq said food, accommodation, security and other arrangements had been completed.
He said about 1,500 pilgrims were expected to come from the UK, Malaysia, Canada and other countries.
He said arrangements had also been completed at the Wahga Border for Indian pilgrims.
The ETPB chairman, the board officials, Additional Secretary Shrine Khalid Ali, Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee Pardhan Sardar Shaam Singh and others would welcome the Sikh yatrees tomorrow (Saturday) on their arrival at the Wagha Border.
To a question, he said 156 rooms in Hassan Abdal Gurdwara and Punja Sahib Gurdwara had been renovated, adding that he personally visited Nankana Sahib and Hassan Abdal Gurdwaras to review arrangements, including security.
