Chief Minister Receives Visits From WIEF Personalities

KUCHING: Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg received two courtesy calls at his office in Wisma Bapa Malaysia yesterday.

The first visit was from a delegation of the World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF) led by its chairman Tun Musa Hitam.

The Chief Minister later received a visit by former Prime Minister Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and his wife Tun Jeanne Abdullah.

The visitors are in the city for the WIEF held here from November 21 to November 23 at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK).

Also present during the courtesy calls were Abang Johari’s wife Datin Patinggi Datuk Juma’ani Tuanku Bujang and State Secretary Tan Sri Datuk Amar Mohamad Morshidi Abdul Ghani.
