CM Visits Yayasan Sarawak Staff, Sponsored Students

KUALA LUMPUR: Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg yesterday ended his three-day working trip to Kuala Lumpur with a stop at the Yayasan Sarawak branch office at Persiaran Ampang here.

Accompanied by his wife Datin Patinggi Dato Juma’ani Tuanku Bujang, Abang Johari met with Yayasan Sarawak staff as well as students sponsored by the foundation.

Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Dato Sri Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar, State Secretary Tan Sri Datuk Amar Mohamad Morshidi Abdul Ghani, Deputy State Secretary Datu Abu Bakar Marzuki and Yayasan Sarawak director Azmi Bujang were among those present.

The chief minister was here to attend the Mentri Besar and Chief Ministers’ Conference, the Conference of Rulers, and the presentation of the instrument of appointment to the Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Pehin Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud at Istana Negara.
