Ezyhaul eyes Indonesia and the Philippines for expansion

KUALA LUMPUR, Singapore-digital freight and logistics management technology startup, Ezyhaul plans to venture into Indonesia and the Philippines, following the completion of its Series B fundraising round totalling US$16 million (US$1=RM4.14).

Chief executive officer and co-founder, Raymond Gillon said the proceeds would also be utilised to drive the company’s technological innovation to offer a complete plug and play model for its clients.

Keeping up with such a fast growth is challenging in a demanding business-to-business market.

Fortunately, Ezyhaul’s robust technology allows for fast scalability using electronic data interchange and application programme interface integration to support our client’s need for high transaction volumes and consistency of service, he said in a statement today.

Having grown by 900 per cent in the past 12 months since closing its US$5 million Series A fundraising round in 2018, Ezyhaul has since taken the time to reinforce its presence in Malaysia and beyond.

This included expanding its operations in Thailand and India, and integrating a cross border solution that currently stretches from China to Singapore.
