Seri Pajam Development launches Nada Bidara

SEREMBAN, Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd (Seri Pajam) launched its latest project, Nada Bidara, in Gadong Jaya near here today.

The masterplan covers 37.4 hectares of freehold land, which will include four residential plots for low-rise developments, two commercial plots, a 1.5-hectare lake, numerous shared facilities and outdoor landscaping designed to link the community together.

Nada Bidara was built for aspiring first-time homeowners with the proposition ‘Your Journey Starts Here’.

“The developer targets discerning purchasers and the three key criteria (smart, sustainable and livable) have inspired numerous value-added features. Nada Bidara when completed in 10 years will consist of 1,700 units of houses.

The gross development value for this project is RM483.3 million,” chief operating officer Thomas Ten Wee Seong said here today.

Ten said Nada Bidara is located within Malaysia Vision Valley (MVV), the country’s next economic growth corridor.

He added that residents of Nada Bidara stand to benefit from the government’s plans to enhance the accessibility, infrastructure and industries in this area, with new opportunities in employment, education and business expected to follow.

“Presently, the area is already well-connected and centrally located amid mature cities such as Bandar Enstek, Seremban 2, Bandar Sri Sendayan, Nilai, Kota Warisan and Port Dickson.

Residents will be spoilt for choice with the close proximity to a wide variety of eateries, commercial outlets and over 20 education facilities.

“Nada Bidara is highly accessible via the North-South Highway that leads to Kuala Lumpur, Melaka and Johor, the Seremban-Bukit Nenas highway that connects to KLIA, and the Labu KTM station that is part of the rail network covering a large part of the Klang Valley; it is further situated near one of the proposed Malaysia-Singapore High-Speed Rail stations,” he said.

Ten said the first phase of the residential developments will be Tunas Residensi, which comprises three residential blocks (apartments) overlooking an extensive central park.

Tunas Residensi comprises 460 units of seven- to eight-storey apartments. The units range from 930 sq. ft. to 1,000 sq. ft., and six types of 3-bedroom or 2-bathroom layouts will be available.

Seri Pajam, a property developer based in Nilai, will introduce solutions to lower the barrier and upfront costs of owning a Nada Bidara home, including early bird promotions, zero down-payment packages and developer-borne legal fees and stamp duty.

The Tunas Residensi units range from RM246,500 to RM379,000 each, and will take 36 months to complete, he added.
