COVID-19: LZS shortens operating hours at 13 branches, encourages online dealings

SHAH ALAM, March 17 — Lembaga Zakat Selangor (LZS) has announced that it will shorten operating hours at its headquarters and branches in line with the government’s Movement Control Order announcement from tomorrow until March 31.

LZS chief executive officer Saipolyazan M Yusop said zakat applicants who would like to collect and submit the forms could only do so at 13 of its branches in nine districts operating from 10am to 3pm during the period.

He said the 13 branches are located at ALAMi branch Shah Alam Section 13, Shah Alam; Subang Jaya branch; Kota Damansara Mosque branch; Selangor Islamic Religious Council (MAIS) Klang branch; Banting branch; Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi branch; Bangi branch; Ampang branch; Selayang branch; Taman Melawati branch; Kuala Kubu Bharu branch; Kuala Selangor branch and Sungai Besar branch, Sabak Bernam.
