Gan Ay Ling had sought information on the state government’s initiatives to promote the sustainable use of science and technology at the community level. In response, Mohd Ridzuan outlined additional strategies, including the development of cluster-based education and a high-tech city in Bandar Baru Ulu Pauh, Arau. These are part of the state’s planned development initiatives to sustain the use of science and technology.
Mohd Ridzuan further noted that these efforts have been systematically implemented by the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation since the Eighth Malaysia Plan (RMK8) and continue to nurture a first-class mindset in Perlis.
