Terengganu: The Terengganu branch of the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) will intensify advocacy and awareness programmes to enhance consumer understanding of BUDI MADANI RON95 (BUDI95), thereby ensuring the smooth implementation of the initiative. Its director Mohd Mufsi Lat said that, in collaboration with petrol station operators, staff have been trained and stationed to provide direct explanations to consumers.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, he mentioned that, so far, the refuelling process has been smooth, with no complaints received about system glitches or disruptions, although some users remain unclear about how to obtain the subsidised petrol price of RM1.99 per litre compared to RM2.05 per litre.
“All petrol stations in Terengganu are seen to be fully prepared to implement the subsidised RON95 petrol system through the BUDI95 initiative. So far, the public have responded positively to this (BUDI95) implementation. All petrol stations have made early preparations,” he said a
