Setiu: A 12-year-old girl, identified as Adriana Batrisya Mohd Ridzuan, has been reported missing from her home in Perumahan Kos Rendah Sungai Tong, raising concerns due to her existing health issues.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Setiu police chief Supt Mohd Zain Mat Dris stated that Adriana, who has been suffering from stomach problems, left her house on a Saturday afternoon and has not returned since. The situation escalated when her family was unable to locate her, prompting her father to file a missing person report at the Sungai Tong Police Station.

Preliminary investigations revealed that Adriana had discontinued her education in Year Four due to her health condition and had been living at home with her parents and her eight-year-old brother. Despite having no close friends, authorities have discovered that she may have formed an acquaintance with a young man through the social media platform TikTok.

The police have urged anyone with information regarding Adriana's whereabouts to reach out to the Setiu police headquarters at 09-6098222 or contact the nearest police station.
