Sabak bernam: Police have detained a 14-year-old boy for allegedly sexually assaulting a girl at a school in Sabak Bernam, near here, on Oct 13. Sabak Bernam district police chief Supt Md Yusoff Ahmad reported that the incident involved a 15-year-old victim and allegedly took place during recess at about 9:30 am.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the arrest was made on the same day (Oct 13) at Jalan Parit, Sungai Besar, and the suspect has been remanded for four days from Oct 14. The case is currently being investigated under section 14(a) of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017.
