Kuala Lumpur: AM Best has affirmed the Financial Strength Rating of B+ (Good) and the Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating of 'bbb-' (Good) of Himalayan Reinsurance Limited (Himalayan Re) in Nepal. The outlook of these Credit Ratings remains stable.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the ratings reflect Himalayan Re's balance sheet strength, which AM Best assesses as very strong. Additionally, the company's operating performance is viewed as adequate, with a limited business profile and appropriate enterprise risk management.
