Kuala lumpur: Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad is extending special flood relief assistance to affected individual and business customers, including a financing moratorium of up to six months and complimentary replacement of debit and credit cards. Its president and chief executive officer Datuk Khairul Kamarudin said as a fully Islamic banking institution based on the values of compassion and social responsibility, Bank Muamalat remains committed to supporting customers impacted by floods in various areas.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Datuk Khairul Kamarudin emphasized the bank's concern for its customers' hardships and expressed hope that the special assistance would help alleviate their burdens. Khairul announced that affected customers may apply through the Service Request Form (SRF), which can be downloaded from the bank's website at www.muamalat.com.my. Customers must then submit the required supporting documents via email to bantuanbanjirmuamalat.com.my.

Khairul assured that proactive steps would be taken to simplify the documentation and approval process, ensuring that customers can access the assistance they need efficiently.
