Subang: In conjunction with Malaysia's 68th National Day today, Batik Air presented its domestic flight passengers departing from the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport in Subang with special giveaways.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the airline said passengers traveling to various destinations across Malaysia were presented with the Jalur Gemilang and snacks as a gesture of appreciation and to share the joy of the national celebration.

Batik Air chief executive officer Datuk Chandran Rama Muthy stated that 'Merdeka' serves as a reminder of the shared journey of Malaysians marked by unity, perseverance, and the freedom to move forward together. He expressed pride in connecting Malaysians across the nation, emphasizing that on this day, the celebration extends beyond independence to include the people, their journeys, and the bonds that unite them.

Batik Air added that by expanding its network and creating meaningful onboard experiences, the airline continues to celebrate Malaysia's cultural and national milestones with every journey.
