Kuala lumpur: The Malaysian French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIFM) hosted its Gala Night on 13th November 2025 at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur, celebrating the Malaysian-French business community and its vital contributions to the robust bilateral trade between France and Malaysia. This event highlighted the progress and strengthened ties between the two countries, reflecting a shared commitment to economic and diplomatic collaboration.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, this year marked a new milestone in Malaysia-France relations, with Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's official visit to Paris. The visit reaffirmed the strong diplomatic and economic ties between both nations, paving the way for enhanced cooperation in trade, innovation, and sustainable development. Building on the momentum of this visit, a business delegation of 29 French companies, organised by Business France and MEDEF International, undertook a mission to Malaysia to further advance bilateral ties.

The Gala Night served as a platform for celebrating these developments and acknowledging the efforts of the business communities from both countries in strengthening their partnership. The event underscored the mutual benefits of collaboration and the potential for future growth and innovation in various sectors, driven by the shared commitment to sustainable development and economic progress.
