Commerce Access Achieves Double Recognition at ACES Awards 2026

Accra:Commerce Access Sdn Bhd (CASB), a subsidiary of Commerce Dot Com Sdn Bhd, has been honored with two prestigious awards at the Asia Corporate Excellence and Sustainability (ACES) Awards 2026.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, CASB was awarded Asia's Most Promising SMEs Award, recognizing its growth as a customer experience solutions provider. This award highlights the company's efforts to enhance its service capabilities, operational performance, and sustainable business practices. Additionally, Afidah Kamaruddin, the chief executive officer of CASB, received the Emerging Leaders in Asia Award.

CASB stands out as the only Malaysian company recognized from the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry at the awards, with Malaysian companies comprising only 15 percent of the recipients. The company's achievements are attributed to its focus on improving service quality, adopting new technologies, and investing in its workforce.

Under Afidah's leadership, CASB has prioritized employee development, workplace well-being, and professional growth, along with ethical governance, data protection, and responsible outsourcing practices. The company has improved its service delivery through cloud-based platforms, omnichannel communication tools, and structured operational processes to better serve public and private sector organizations.

The recognition at the ACES Awards adds to CASB's previous accolades, including the Platinum Award for Best Contact Centre Operations at the Contact Centre Associations of Asia Pacific Awards 2025. Moving forward, CASB plans to continue strengthening its digital capabilities and workforce competencies to further contribute to Malaysia's BPO and customer experience industry.
