Kuala lumpur: Eupe Corporation Bhd has completed the topping out of its Est8 project in Seputeh, marking a milestone in the construction of the high-rise property development in Kuala Lumpur. Group managing director Datuk Beh Huck Lee praised the construction team and every Eupe department for turning the Est8 vision into reality, extending a special recognition to MCC Overseas (M) Sdn Bhd, the project's main building contractor.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Datuk Beh Huck Lee acknowledged the various challenges faced during the project, including the impact of COVID, site constraints, regulatory hurdles, and the complexity of building such an ambitious project. He commended MCC Overseas (M) Sdn Bhd for their professionalism and perseverance, which have been instrumental in overcoming these challenges.

'Est8 has faced COVID, site constraints, regulatory hurdles and the complexity of building something this bold. But MCC's professionalism and perseverance have carried us through,' said Datuk Beh Huck Lee in his keynote speech during the topping out ceremony. He also emphasized the importance of continuing the hard work to achieve high-quality construction standards, aiming for top Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) scores in Malaysia and a top-three ranking in Singapore.

The Est8 project, situated on a 2.9-acre (1.17-hectare) leasehold parcel, boasts a gross development value (GDV) of RM658 million. It will feature 821 residential units across blocks A, B, and C, along with 1,356 parking bays. As of June 2025, the take-up rate for the project was 99 percent, with a targeted completion date set for May 2026.

Key design features of the project include green space covering 73 percent of the original land area and iconic public art in the form of five giant sculptures visible from the skyline. Additionally, the development offers direct connectivity to Mid Valley Megamall, enhancing its appeal to potential residents.
