Kuala lumpur: The Exchange TRX management has confirmed that the water leakage incident at its shopping mall occurred last Friday due to a pipe issue.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Exchange TRX clarified in a statement today that the localised leakage happened at approximately 6.30 pm near the Concourse Level corridor. The management assured that their team attended to the matter promptly, completing the necessary repairs and ensuring the area was secured and cleaned within 15 minutes.

The statement emphasized, "The safety and comfort of our visitors remain our priority, and we continue to uphold strict maintenance standards across all our facilities." This response came after a video circulated on social media showing water leaking from the ceiling along a walkway inside the shopping mall, which prompted security personnel to cordon off the affected area.
