Kuala lumpur: Exsim Hospitality Bhd's wholly owned subsidiary, Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd (ECSB), has accepted a letter of award from Cosmopolitan Avenue Sdn Bhd for the design and build of interior works under a RM63.5 million contract. In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, the hospitality company said the works commence on July 9, 2026 and are scheduled for completion on Dec 31, 2026, with a defects liability period of 12 months commencing from the date of Certificate of Practical Completion of the completed works.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, ECSB is tasked with executing the contract works in compliance with the supplementary terms and conditions specified in the letter of award. The project marks a significant development for Exsim Hospitality Bhd as it expands its portfolio in interior design and construction through its subsidiary.

The contract represents an important milestone for Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd as it collaborates with Cosmopolitan Avenue Sdn Bhd, further strengthening its presence in the industry. The awarded project is expected to contribute positively to the company's growth and operational capabilities.
