Kuala Lumpur: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof has congratulated the Malaysian National News Agency (Bernama) on receiving the Best Media Award (Agency) in conjunction with the 2025 National Labour Day celebration yesterday. In a post on X today, Fadillah highlighted that the award recognized Bernama's excellence in delivering accurate, timely, and credible news to the public through various media platforms.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Bernama received the inaugural award from Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim during the National Labour Day 2025 celebration at Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil. The agency was presented with a trophy and RM10,000 in cash. The Best Media Agency Award was one of two new categories introduced by the Human Resources Ministry (KESUMA), alongside the National Workers' Figure Award for Public Service (Top Management).
