Kuala lumpur: FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives opened higher today. At 9.35 am, the spot month July 2025 contract added 2.5 points to 1,525.50, while August 2025, September 2025, and December 2025 gained 4.0 points each to 1,523.0, 1,506.0, and 1,507.50, respectively.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, turnover stood at 1,076 lots, with open interest recorded at 35,498 contracts. As of 9.39 am, the FBM KLCI increased by 8.19 points to reach 1,529.13, compared to Thursday's close of 1,520.94.
