Kuala lumpur: The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives opened mostly lower on Tuesday.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, at 9.42 am, the September 2026 contract fell 3.0 points to 1,668. The October 2026 contract eased 3.5 points to 1,668.0, and the December 2026 contract shed 2.5 points to 1,674.5. Meanwhile, the March 2027 contract inched up 0.5 points to 1,659.0.

Turnover stood at 1,223 lots, while open interest totalled 42,316 contracts. At 9.46 am, the FBM KLCI eased 6.57 points to 1,691.44 from Monday's close of 1,698.01.
