Sarawak: The Federal Government will continue to support Sarawak's efforts to strengthen integrity across its administration, says Chief Secretary to the Government (KSN) Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, this commitment reflects Putrajaya's position that integrity must remain central to policy planning, governance, and execution at all levels. Tan Sri Shamsul emphasized that integrity is not merely about rejecting corruption but also involves trust, transparency, accountability, fairness, and professionalism in every aspect of governance.
He made these remarks at the Sarawak Integrity Day 2025 celebration, which was officiated by Premier Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg. The event underscored the importance of maintaining high ethical standards and transparency in government operations, and the Federal Government's continued support aims to enhance these efforts.
