Kuala Lumpur: The Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) is set to present its group strategic plan and roadmap for 2025-2030 to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. This plan aims to solidify Felda's role as a catalyst of the national economy, particularly focusing on rural development.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the strategic communications department of Felda announced that the plan was meticulously crafted through six engagement sessions involving various stakeholders. The focus has been on strategic initiatives across multiple fields to enhance the group's impact.

Felda's Group management has emphasized their commitment to implementing the plan with dedication, aiming to establish an ecosystem that benefits all stakeholders. The authority highlighted the necessity for continuous effort and support from all parties to ensure the development and prosperity of the Felda Group.

The Felda Group management reiterated their commitment to executing each strategy outlined in the plan to secure a competitive future for Felda. It was noted that Prime Minister Anwar had previously given Felda a month, as of March 26, to submit the new strategic plan and roadmap to ensure a promising future for Felda settlers.
