Former Minister Set To Face Corruption Charge Tomorrow

Kuala lumpur: A former minister is expected to be charged at the Sessions Court here tomorrow in connection with a case being investigated by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).

According to BERNAMA News Agency, a press invite sent by the agency today indicates that the former minister will be charged at 9 am.

It is understood that the former minister will face charges under Section 16 of the MACC Act 2009, which relates to solicitation, receipt, giving, promising, or offering of gratification.
