Framery: Framery has unveiled Gradus, a new line of smart office pods purpose-built for the United States (US) and Canada, with the product range set to officially launch at NeoCon on June 8.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Gradus line will include three models - Gradus Focus, Gradus Work and Gradus Huddle - and will be assembled at Framery's new factory in the US to meet regional demand. The new line is positioned to address rising office utilisation rates in North America, offering an integrated design approach aimed at architectural compatibility alongside the existing product range.
Framery chief executive officer, Samu H¤llfors, stated that Gradus was designed to meet high-volume demand in the US and Canadian workplace while offering greater flexibility in office design and space utilisation. The Gradus line is intended to support 'plug-and-play' workplace deployment, with options ranging from single-person phone booths to small meeting pods for up to four people.
The Gradus pods are modular units with replaceable components, allowing for repair, refurbishment, and long-term updates. Framery has incorporated features such as automated ventilation, lighting systems, Class A soundproofing, and occupancy sensors that enable usage data collection for workspace optimisation.
