Kuala lumpur: Generali Malaysia has successfully completed its nationwide branch harmonisation journey that began in Q4 2023, encompassing key locations across East Malaysia. This achievement marks a pivotal milestone in the company's transformation efforts, strengthening operational unity, enhancing customer experience, and reinforcing Generali Malaysia's long-term presence across Sabah and Sarawak.

According to Nam News Network, following the completion of the integration journey last year, Generali Malaysia has recorded an 8.99% growth in Gross Written Premium (GWP) from East Malaysia. This growth underscores the rising demand for insurance protection and increased customer engagement across the region.

The performance is supported by East Malaysia's growing economic momentum, which is driven by expanding development corridors, thriving small and medium enterprises, and rising commercial activity.
