Kuala lumpur: HeiTech Padu Bhd (Heitech) has announced a strategic three-year collaboration with Crux Education Sdn Bhd (Crux) to develop, deliver, and commercialise various training programs aimed at creating a future-ready workforce. The focus of this partnership will span across areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), emerging technologies, cybersecurity, digital risk, leadership, management development, technical IT certifications, and corporate upskilling.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the partnership will target capability-development initiatives specifically for government agencies, government-linked companies, and corporate organisations. The agreement was formalised with a signing ceremony attended by HeiTech group CEO Syed Omar Albar Syed Abdullah and Crux CEO Dr Darren Ng.

Syed Omar highlighted the importance of investing in employees amidst rapid technological advancements, stating that while technology enables transformation, it is the people who drive it. He emphasized the need to equip employees with the knowledge and confidence to adapt and thrive alongside technological changes. The programs under this partnership aim to integrate practical insights from real operational environments, ensuring participants not only understand AI conceptually but also learn its responsible application, value creation, and risk management, particularly in cybersecurity.

Dr Darren Ng noted that the collaboration seeks to merge academic excellence with industry relevance, thereby assisting professionals and organisations in navigating new technologies and managing emerging risks. Crux will focus on curriculum design, academic structuring, and faculty deployment, while HeiTech will handle market engagement, institutional relationships, branding, and client management.
