Kajang: Three vehicles and two stalls were damaged after a helium gas cylinder exploded in an incident at Medan Selera Sungai Ramal, Kajang, today. Kajang District Police chief ACP Naazron Abdul Yusof confirmed that police received a report about the explosion at 1 pm, and no fatalities or injuries were reported.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, initial investigations revealed that the incident did not involve criminal elements. The cause and the total losses are still being investigated, as stated by Naazron in a statement.

Naazron also advised that anyone with information on the incident may contact Kajang Police Station chief Insp Shisheewady Ruzani at 016-856 5670 to assist investigations.
