Kuala lumpur: The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) is gearing up for its annual 'Hong Kong WinterFest', which will run until January 4, 2026. A key highlight of this year's festival is the 'Immersive Light Show in Central', set to launch on November 28. The event is being held in collaboration with Hongkong Land's 'Winter Wonderland' in Central.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the 'Immersive Light Show in Central' will involve eight iconic buildings in Central, including the Bank of China Building, Bank of China Tower, the Court of Final Appeal Building, Hong Kong City Hall High Block, the Hong Kong Club Building, the HSBC Main Building, Prince's Building, and the Standard Chartered Bank Building. These structures will participate for the first time in a unified light display featuring 3D projections.
The light show will present thematic scenes filled with seasonal colors. Visitors can expect to witness serene angels, lively reindeer, Santa Claus on his sleigh, and a dancing snowman, making for a festive celebration. The event promises a dreamlike experience for both locals and tourists, with surprises around every corner.
