Kuala lumpur: Inari Amertron Bhd's radio frequency (RF) business is projected to regain its earnings growth momentum from financial year 2027 (FY2027) onwards, supported by a long-term commitment between its direct and end customers, according to MBSB Investment Bank Bhd.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, The investment bank highlighted in a research note that the group's optoelectronics business, especially the photonics interconnect segment, is expected to be the main growth driver in the future. "Driven by artificial intelligence (AI)-related optical communications, we expect the group's optoelectronics business to potentially be on par with its RF business in the coming years," it noted.
The bank further mentioned that Inari Amertron's involvement in AI is also visible in its power module segment, though significant earnings contribution is not anticipated in the immediate term. As a result, MBSB Investment Bank maintained its 'buy' call on the company, keeping the target price steady at RM2.95.
