Kuala lumpur: Over 100 delectable dishes featuring the ocean's finest offerings are on the menu at the 'SeaSational Weekend Dinner Buffet' hosted by Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur, promising a feast that celebrates the best of land and sea. Held every Friday and Saturday from 6 pm to 10 pm at the hotel's Roselle Coffee House, the buffet transforms the venue into a vibrant culinary destination where diners can indulge in fresh lobsters, oysters, tiger prawns, and a lavish selection of seafood favorites.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the buffet was sampled last night and found to offer a visually impressive and satisfying spread with standout dishes including the sweet and salty snow crabs as well as the fresh, briny oysters. Among the highlights are slipper lobsters, snow crabs, baby lobsters, mussels, and topshell clams, each item carefully prepared by the hotel's seasoned culinary team to deliver freshness and flavor in every bite.

Japanese food lovers can explore the 'Taste of Nippon' corner that offers freshly cut sashimi, assorted sushi, and an array of tempura including oysters, soft-shell crabs, calamari, and prawns, all served with authentic dipping sauces. Beyond seafood, the buffet showcases a wide variety of international cuisines, with Western selections such as Roasted Lamb Chops with Eggplant Caviar, Pan Seared Salmon, Roasted Piri Piri Chicken, Smoked Duck Breast, Slow Roast Beef Striploin, and Lobster Bisque.

The menu also boasts a hearty spread of Asian dishes, from signature Singapore Chili Crab and Dim Sum to Chicken and Beef Satay, Fried Carrot Cake, Penang Rojak, and a Cantonese roast station featuring expertly carved meats.
