Cyberjaya: Inta Bina Group Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Inta Bina Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM67.79 million contract for main building works from Symphony Hills Sdn Bhd. The works entail the construction of 68 semi-detached houses in Symphony Hills, Cyberjaya.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the contract shall be for a period of 20 months from the date of commencement on August 29, 2025, and is expected to be completed by April 28, 2027, as stated in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today. Inta Bina Group plans to fund the contract through internally generated funds and/or external borrowings.

The group has expressed that, barring any unforeseen circumstances, the contract is anticipated to contribute positively towards the future earnings of Inta Bina over the duration of the contract.
