Siena:RAM Holdings has named Julie Ng as the acting group chief executive officer and the executive director of RAM Rating Services, starting October 1, 2026.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, this appointment comes after the retirement of Chris W.K. Lee, who served as group CEO and executive director of both RAM Holdings and RAM Rating Services, effective September 30, 2026. Lee concludes a 34-year tenure with the company.

Ng, who has been the CEO of RAM Ratings since April 2024, will maintain this role while also stepping into the acting group CEO position. She brings with her over 32 years of industry experience, having led numerous strategic initiatives in areas such as credit ratings, credit risk management, financial services consultancy, data analytics, and research.
