Kuala lumpur: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Future Rock Sdn Bhd (FRSB), has successfully secured a RM502.27 million contract for reclamation and dredging works associated with the Seri Tanjung Pinang Phase 2B and 2C Development (STP2). This contract was awarded by Tanjung Pinang Development Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Eastern and Oriental Bhd.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the contract will commence on March 11, 2026, and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2029. Kerjaya Prospek, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia, stated that this development will provide an additional revenue stream for the group over the subsequent three years, bolstering its existing order book.

The company anticipates that the contract will positively impact its earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending between 2026 and 2029, thereby strengthening its financial standing.
