Kuala Lumpur: PayNet's Program Akar Powered by AWS re/Start, the prestigious talent development initiative, announced today that applications for its second cohort will open soon. Registration will be available from 1 March to 7 March 2025.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, launched in 2024, the programme addresses Malaysia's urgent need for a digitally skilled workforce by equipping university students with essential cloud computing skills, values-driven power skills, hands-on experience in digital payments and technology, and access to exciting career opportunities.

This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance the capabilities of Malaysia's future workforce, ensuring they are prepared to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving technological landscape. The program not only focuses on technical skills but also emphasizes the importance of values-driven education, which is crucial in today's digital economy.
