Johor: Kimlun Corporation Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Kimlun Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM128.52 million design and build contract from Senai-Desaru Expressway Bhd. The construction and engineering firm announced in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that the project focuses on upgrading a segment of the Senai-Desaru Expressway, specifically from Jambatan Sungai Johor (Km 49.3) to Sungai Semenchu (Km 58.70).
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the construction is slated for completion by the second quarter of 2027. Kimlun Corporation anticipates that this contract will positively impact the group’s earnings and net assets throughout the duration of the project.
