Kuala lumpur: The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended higher on Tuesday, aligning with the stronger performance observed in the cash market.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, at the close, the March 2026 and June 2026 futures both increased by 7.5 points to 1,682.5 and 1,687.5, respectively. The April 2026 futures rose 8.0 points to 1,684.5, while the September 2026 futures advanced 7.0 points to 1,672.0.

Turnover decreased to 10,432 lots compared to Monday's 11,401 lots, and open interest fell to 47,777 contracts from the previous day's 49,417 contracts. At 5 pm, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) itself advanced by 11.74 points, or 0.69 percent, reaching 1,711.95 from Monday's close of 1,700.21.
