KRW Pledge Their Best On Super League Return

Kota bharu: Grateful for the opportunity to return to Malaysia's top-flight football competition, Kelantan Red Warrior FC (KRW FC) have pledged to make the best possible preparations for the 2026/27 Super League season. According to BERNAMA News Agency, KRW FC president Datuk Muhamad Zaki Harun said the management, coaching staff, and players were committed to building a competitive team capable of meeting the tougher challenge compared with last season's A1 Semi Pro League. He emphasized that the confirmation of a place in the Super League was especially meaningful for everyone at KRW, as well as the club's loyal supporters, who had never stopped backing the team in their bid to return to the country's premier football competition. "Participation in the Super League is also an important step towards restoring the excitement and glory of Kelantan football. We hope supporters will continue to give their unwavering backing to help strengthen the team so that it can compete with the country's elite clubs," Muh amad Zaki stated in a statement today. He also expressed appreciation to the Malaysian Football League for giving KRW the opportunity to compete in the Super League. KRW, which had earlier qualified on merit for the A1 Semi Pro League, secured their place after PDRM FC withdrew from the Super League. Commenting on the transfer ban, Muhamad Zaki mentioned that the matter was currently being resolved with the relevant parties. He added that the club was committed to fulfilling all stipulated requirements and was confident the issue would be settled through the proper channels and procedures before the new season begins.
