Singapore: Home wellness brand Levoit Singapore has unveiled its 'Fresher Air for Every Home' campaign in collaboration with Community Chest. This initiative is a blend of in-kind product donations, sales-linked contributions, and a public donation drive aimed at fostering cleaner and more comfortable indoor environments for those in need. The campaign will run until January 14, 2027, in response to the heightened risk of transboundary haze affecting Singapore.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, Levoit Singapore has highlighted predictions from the National Environment Agency (NEA) and the Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS) that forecast warmer and drier weather from June to October 2026. This climatic shift may elevate the risk of transboundary haze, underscoring the urgency of the campaign. Oscar Mei, Levoit's Regional Business Director, emphasized that the initiative stems from growing concerns about haze and indoor air quality. He stated that access to cleaner air should be a universal right, not a privilege, and the partnership with Community Chest aims to bring healthier indoor environments to those who need them most.
As part of the endeavor, Levoit Singapore will donate 100 Core 200S Smart Air Purifiers to Allkin Singapore via Community Chest. These purifiers will be utilized at Allkin Singapore's Transitional Shelter, which provides temporary housing and social support to individuals and families striving for long-term stability. Additionally, the company has pledged to donate five percent of proceeds from eligible Core Series Air Purifiers sold between July 15 and October 14, 2026. This contribution is expected to reach at least SG$12,000, supporting over 300 critical social service programs and projects benefiting more than 94,000 social service users annually.
The public is encouraged to participate by donating through the official Community Chest donation QR code available at the Dasher Smart Home Showroom throughout the campaign. Contributions made through this QR code will directly support Community Chest, independent of Levoit Singapore's sales-based donation.
