Butterworth: The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has forecast morning rain in Butterworth, the venue for tomorrow's Malaysia Day celebration.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, in a Facebook posting today, MetMalaysia said cloudy conditions are expected in the afternoon, with no rain forecast for the night when the main celebration will be held. Based on the weather report displayed on MetMalaysia's website, the minimum temperature is expected to be 25 degrees Celsius, while the maximum is forecast to reach 35 degrees Celsius on the day.

The Malaysia Day 2025 celebration, themed 'Malaysia MADANI: Rakyat Disantuni', will be held at the PICCA Convention CentreArena Butterworth near here and will feature a variety of activities.
