Malaysian Minister Calls for Solidarity with Palestine

Kuala Lampur:Malaysians are being urged to maintain their solidarity with Palestine and to provide aid through trusted channels to help those enduring hardships.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Minister of Agriculture and Food Security Datuk Seri Mohamad Sabu emphasized the importance of the international community taking action to end the violence, ensure humanitarian aid is delivered to those in need, and uphold the rights of Palestinians to live with freedom and dignity.

In a Facebook post commemorating the third anniversary of the events of October 7, Mohamad Sabu reminded all parties of the ongoing need to champion peace and freedom for the Palestinian people. He stressed the importance of protecting civilian lives, especially children, and called for unity in this struggle.

He also encouraged Malaysians to pray for the victims and grieving families affected by the conflict, urging unity and caution against allowing the Palestinian people's suffering to be forgotten or fostering hatred towards any race or religion.
