Dallas: The Mary Kay Ash Foundation®, renowned for its commitment to women's health innovations, has announced a significant $500,000 grant to the Baylor Scott and White Dallas Foundation. This funding aims to accelerate a groundbreaking clinical trial for triple-negative breast cancer and support early detection initiatives at the Texas Cancer Interception Institute.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the grant is divided into two main components: a $100,000 continuation of support for the innovative TRIM-EBC Clinical Trial led by Joyce O'Shaughnessy, MD, the Celebrating Women chair for Breast Cancer Research. This trial is investigating the impact of weight-loss medications on reducing the recurrence risk in overweight breast cancer patients.
