Kuala lumpur: Three main mosques under the purview of the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) will hold Solat Hajat (special prayer of needs) and recite Qunut Nazilah this evening as a sign of solidarity and unity of the ummah in response to the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and the Middle East. JAKIM director-general Datuk Dr Sirajuddin Suhaimee announced that the prayers will take place after the Maghrib prayers at the National Mosque in Kuala Lumpur, as well as at Putra Mosque and Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, this initiative is intended as both a religious observance and a demonstration of concern for those affected by the ongoing conflict. He hopes this effort will bring blessings and aid from Allah SWT, granting strength and patience to those tested and fostering peace, justice, and prosperity worldwide.
