Bentong: UMNO president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has conveyed his condolences following the tragic deaths of Maran UMNO Youth chief Mohd Radzi Rahimi, along with his wife and brother-in-law, in an accident in Bentong. Ahmad Zahid emphasized that Mohd Radzi's passing is a significant loss to the UMNO family, particularly affecting Maran UMNO and the Pahang UMNO Youth.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the accident occurred when a tree fell and crushed the vehicle carrying Mohd Radzi, 40, his wife, brother-in-law, and a five-year-old boy, resulting in their deaths. Another boy, believed to be the twin of the deceased child, sustained injuries and was transported to Bentong Hospital for further treatment.

In a heartfelt message posted on Facebook, Ahmad Zahid expressed his sympathy to the bereaved family, acknowledging the profound grief they are enduring. He prayed for divine strength to support them in these challenging times.
