Ordos: The national men's 4x100 metre (m) relay team had to settle for the bronze medal at the 2026 Under-23 Asian Athletics Championships in Ordos, China, today.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the quartet of Muhammad Azeem Mohd Fahmi, Reeve Kua Man Hong, Pengiran Aidil Auf Hajam, and Mohamad Armin Zahryl Abdul Latif clocked 39.20 seconds (s) to finish behind the host nation team that claimed gold with a time of 38.38s. The Hong Kong quartet secured the silver medal after recording 38.88s.

In other events, Mohamad Armin once again broke his own national men's 110m hurdles record in today's final. After clocking 13.63s in the heats yesterday, he improved his time to 13.58s in the final to finish fourth.
