Marbella: Neinor Homes (Neinor), a publicly traded residential developer in Spain, has teamed up with Stoneshield Capital (Stoneshield) to embark on a 150 million euro luxury residential project in Marbella. This venture marks Neinor's debut in the high-end residential market.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the ambitious development will feature 262 homes sprawling over more than 60,000 square meters. The site is strategically located next to the Ro Real Golf Course and offers proximity to Marbella city center, the renowned Puerto Banºs, and the beach. A key highlight of the project is a 1,200 square meter private members' club, which will include wellness areas, pools, sports facilities, and landscaped spaces.
The project stands out as one of the largest residential initiatives launched in Marbella in recent years, with projected revenues set to surpass 600 million euros over the next five years. Within the joint venture framework, Stoneshield will hold a 70 percent stake, while Neinor will retain 30 percent and function as the delegated developer throughout the project's lifecycle.
The investment underscores the robust market fundamentals in Marbella, driven by strong international demand and a limited supply of land. This transaction further solidifies Neinor's asset management platform, which has successfully deployed over 1.3 billion euros in collaboration with institutional investors such as AXA IM Alts, Orion Capital, King Street, and Bain Capital.
