Pahang: OSK Property has announced its decision to expedite the launch of Phase 2 of the OSK Ombak development, following the successful full take-up of Phase 1 within just three months of its release. This decision advances the launch by 18 months from the originally planned schedule.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the RM690 million development, inspired by Mediterranean architecture and spanning across 2.42 hectares along Balok Beach, is anticipated to be completed by 2030. The project is designed to integrate beachfront living with destination-themed amenities and versatile accommodation options, situated within a well-established coastal area.

The development will consist of three serviced apartment towers and specially curated retail units, offering a total of 1,274 fully furnished residences. These residences will range from studios to three-bedroom units, including dual-key configurations, providing a variety of living options.

OSK Property's CEO, Chu Wai Lune, expressed that the swift take-up of Phase 1 signifies strong buyer confidence and serves as a solid endorsement of the project. He highlighted that OSK Ombak presents a unique blend of lifestyle appeal, flexible ownership opportunities, and robust long-term investment prospects.

Distinguished from conventional residences, OSK Ombak features over 1.21 hectares of resort-style amenities. These include a cascading swimming pool connected to the unique Blue Cove adventure cavern, a Ninja Park, active recreation zones, landscaped podium gardens, and a spacious event lawn, all contributing to an enhanced living experience.
