The Vietnamese Embassy in Malaysia held a ceremony on August 21 to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2). The event was attended by Malaysia’s Minister of Home Affairs Saifuddin Nasution bin Ismail, Speaker of the House of Representatives Johari bin Abdul. Deputy Speaker of the Senate Nur Jazlan bin Tan Sri Mohamed, senators, ambassadors from other countries, and nearly 500 guests including Vietnamese expatriates and international friends.
