Pahang: The Pahang government has allocated RM2 million to mobilise the Pahang Felda Muafakat Secretariat and an additional RM500,000 to implement the Felda Generation Entrepreneur Development Programme under the Usahawan Makmur Programme this year. Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail stated that these allocations are anticipated to drive initiatives beneficial to the Felda generation, particularly in the areas of economy, education, and social development.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Pahang Felda Muafakat Secretariat was established to foster stronger ties between the state government and Felda residents, offering a platform for expressing concerns, reaching agreements, and resolving issues. Wan Rosdy emphasized the importance of this initiative, suggesting it provides the means to address challenges and realize the vision of creating a dynamic and prosperous Felda community. He communicated these goals during a press conference after officiating the 2025 Pahang Felda Muafakat Secretariat Convention at the Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM) Auditorium.
Wan Rosdy further announced that the Pahang Government, in collaboration with Felda, is offering 16,035 house lots to eligible new generations under the Pahang Felda People's Land Scheme Project (STRFP). He highlighted that as of December 31 of last year, Felda had completed land survey work involving 63 settlements across the state.
Additionally, Wan Rosdy noted that 96 percent, or 41,286 out of 43,126 Felda settlers throughout Pahang, have received their land titles, with the remaining four percent to be managed promptly.
